User Agreement

This agreement applies to the store.tg landing page, alpha waitlist, Telegram bot, onboarding communications, and early product access.

By submitting your email, starting the Telegram bot, or using alpha access, you agree to follow this agreement.

We collect the information you submit through the waitlist, including email address, language preference, Telegram account identifiers, and technical metadata needed to process your request.

We use this information to manage alpha access, contact you about the product, prevent abuse, and improve store.tg.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the platform only for lawful business activity.

You are responsible for your store content, customer communications, products, services, taxes, refunds, and compliance obligations.

store.tg, its design, software, brand assets, and documentation belong to the project owner or licensors.

You retain rights to your own products, store content, and customer materials.

We may suspend or remove access if we detect misuse, security risk, illegal activity, or violation of this agreement.

We may update this agreement as the product moves from alpha to public launch. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
